For items listed available online, your order will be processed within one business day. For custom candle orders, please allow additional time for processing. Candles need to cure once poured (ideally 3-5 days) so please keep this in mind when placing an order. If an item you would like to purchase is listed as "out of stock", send us an email to request an order. We are more than happy to fulfil your request however we may need to order more supplies, thus increasing the processing time of your order. Regular processing updates will be sent to keep you informed of your order status.

We use high quality, premium ingredients and materials across our candle, wax melt, tealights, diffuser and hand/body wash collections to ensure a luxurious and safe experience you can feel confident about. We use Ecosoya CB-Advanced wax; a fully formulated, all-natural soy wax requiring no additives, providing a clean and non-toxic burn. All of our fragrance oils are manufactured in Australia by Luxaroma and are designed and tested specifically relevant to applications in candle-making, reed diffusers and soap/body products. All fragrances adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity and are NOT tested on animals. Our Hand Wash uses a liquid soap base made from ingredients derived from 80% coconut and our Body Wash uses a blend of Australian Goats Milk and Soy Protein. Each vessel, tin and glassware used for our candles are specifically designed for candle-making to ensure the risk of breakages is reduced. However, always adhere to the safety instructions located on the bottom of our candles/diffusers to mitigate any potential hazards.
